Welcome to Underwize. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Underwize platform, products, and services. By accessing or using Underwize, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Platform

Underwize is provided for lawful insurance related business purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring that all users under your organization comply with applicable laws and regulations. You must not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

Account Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Access is role based and limited to authorized users within your organization.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your business data. Underwize does not claim ownership of customer, policy, or financial data processed on the platform.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and updates may occur with prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Underwize is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

Either party may terminate access in accordance with agreed commercial terms. Upon termination, access to the platform and associated services will be revoked.
